Sargent Town Planning has submitted their latest draft of the design guidelines. A completed draft will be available February 15, 2012, a week before the public presentation of the design guidelines.
The Council reduced the building permit fee for non-square footage items that do not need Architectural Review Board approval, and instituted a plan review fee for items needing ARB approval to be applied to the permit fee when the permit is purchased.
Reduction in Building Permit Fee: The permit fee will be reduced for non-square footage projects that do not need ARB approval. The new fee is $35 plus .75% of the value over $999.
