Building Permits

- Interior remodels
- Additions
- Decks or patios
- Driveway replacements
- Window/Door replacements
- Roof replacements
- Fences and walls
- Generators
- Satellite dishes
- Irrigation systems
- New structures
- Pools and spas
- Sport courts
- Air Conditioner and Furnace replacements
- Gutters and Downspouts
- New Sump Pumps
- Electrical Upgrades
- Flagpoles
In addition, the Architectural Review Board must approve any exterior alterations to your home or property before a permit can be issued. Please review the submittal checklist and schedule and contact City Hall to discuss your project with the City Architect or member of City staff.
