You may have one yard sign made of sound structural quality on your property for any length of time. In addition, you may have one temporary sign made of flimsier material such as paper for any length of time.
No more than three (3) Temporary Signs may be placed on any lot from June 15 through August 15 and from September 15 through November 15. At all other times, only one (1) Temporary Sign may be placed on a lot.
All signs on your property must be at least 10 feet back from the curb line and neighboring property lines and all signs must be maintained in good condition.
All Temporary Signs shall have a Sign Area no larger than three (3) square feet, shall be no more than two and one half (2 ½) linear feet across, and with a maximum height of three and one-half (3 ½) feet above grade.
No illumination or light-reflecting paint.
