After receiving a complaint from a Mission Hills resident and the Kansas Attorney General, we have decided not to enforce the limit on number of temporary signs through November 7th.  We will continue to enforce size and setback requirements throughout this time.  Beginning November 8th, we will reinstate enforcement of the limit on number of temporary signs.  We will consult with legal counsel on how to address this issue going forward given the position taken by the Kansas Attorney General.
