Mission Hills Stormwater Open Channel Plan
The Stormwater Open Channel Master Plan was updated in 2017, with assistance from Water Resource Solutions, LLC. This Masterplan identifies those stream studies and improvement projects, as well as provides recommendations on how to improve the condition of the streams, retaining walls and stream buffers.

The Implementation Guide illustrates concepts that residents bordering the community's creeks can implement to improve conditions in their streams.
Mission Hills Stormwater Pipe System Plan
The Mission Hills Planning Commission, with assistance from Black & Veatch, has developed Pipe System Master Plan for the City in 2009. The goal of the plan is an inventory and capacity analysis of the City's stormwater pipe system.
The Stormwater Pipe System Master Plan was updated in 2016, with assistance from Water Resource Solutions, LLC. This report is an update to the 2009 Mission Hills Stormwater Pipe System Masterplan Update. Over the period from 2009 to now, there have been many upgrades, replacements, and changes to the stormwater pipe systems of the City.
